The maintenance and repair project implemented in Rozbahan Motor Oil and Grease Production Company was carried out with the aim of increasing the useful life of equipment, reducing the costs of emergency repairs, improving production efficiency and guaranteeing the quality of products. In this project, a comprehensive maintenance and repair system was implemented, which includes identification and classification of all equipment, definition of preventive and predictive repair programs, collection of past repair data, data analysis to identify failure patterns if any and in Finally, suggestions for improvement were presented. In this project, personnel training was also conducted for maintenance and repairs and familiarization with the necessary standards. As a result of the implementation of this project, it is expected that the number of unexpected failures will decrease and the useful life of the production parts will increase. As a result, the quality of manufactured products will be better and the costs of the organization in the field of maintenance and repairs will be reduced.
