Pre-hospital emergency, as the first line of care and treatment in dealing with out-of-hospital emergency patients, is of considerable importance in the health care system. Planning in terms of finding the weak and strong points and improving the quality of pre-hospital emergency through examining the problems of these departments is considered important and valuable. Emergency ambulance services play an important role in people’s health. A variety of diseases require prompt treatment and delay in treatment may lead to death. Due to the critical nature of emergency ambulance services, it is essential to ensure that adequate resources are available to maintain the quality of services, especially when various countries report a rapid increase in demand for emergency ambulance services. Response time and ambulance performance is a key measure to evaluate the efficiency of the emergency medical service system; And it is very important because a little delay will lead to irreparable consequences for the individual and the society. In fact, the emergency mission is the coordination between the arrival time and the appropriate first aid services for patients who are in an emergency situation, which can prevent the patient from being disabled and increase the chance of survival. Also, emergency is one of the most important services in every city, due to the suddenness and unexpectedness of the incidents, immediate attention to action is necessary to make the right decision. Due to the increase in population and the development of cities, the investigation of this issue has become more important. The question that is important in this study is as follows: “In our country, is the pattern of using an ambulance different between people living in different geographical areas?” The final goal of this study is to discover the factors affecting the occurrence of each event in each urban area. For example, accidents are among the most well-known events that will definitely call the emergency room when they happen. Now, if we specifically focus on car-to-human accidents, it is important to identify factors affecting the reduction or increase of this event. After identification, each area can be classified in terms of the risk of accidents by considering the presence or absence of these factors or considering the weight for the presence of each factor. The same procedure is repeated for all emergency codes.
