The work and time evaluation project was carried out in RizanFelesToos auto parts factory with the aim of increasing productivity, reducing production time and optimizing human resources. In this project, all workstations were carefully studied and timed. Using time measurement and motion study methods, the standard time of each operation was determined and the production sites were identified. Also, by analyzing flow process diagrams and operation diagrams, specific production process improvement opportunities and suggestions for reducing waiting times, reducing wasteful movements, and balancing the line were provided. The results of this project led to a significant increase in productivity, reduction of production costs and improvement of product quality.
