The system investigated in this study is a loan fund in Mashhad. This fund generally lends to knowledge-based companies. Loans are paid to applicants in three types: 1 billion riyals, 500 million riyals and 260 million riyals. In this case study, it is assumed that the system has 12 members. In the sense that a separate member is considered every month. Therefore, in the first step, according to the criteria that will be stated later, the situation of different months is examined. As it is clear, 40% probability of loan repayment within a year is not a satisfactory figure. The problem of loan arrears in Iran is very colorful and requires serious work. In general, the best procedure for collecting claims from banks is to create a suitable platform, which means that special powers are designed and developed for banks to speed up the process of collecting claims in the current situation, while using the company’s services. Claims collection saves time and money for banks. However, developing the correct mechanism for validating customers in banks, forming customer databases, obtaining appropriate documents by banks, developing effective monitoring mechanisms on the use of facilities received by customers, amending laws and regulations, applying rates heavy fines for late payment of facilities (percentage of fines that the central bank applies to banks), applying some specific credit limits for bad accounts, forming special debt collection institutions, etc. There are factors that can lead to the reduction of outstanding claims. Of course, one of the most fundamental factors that can lead to the reduction of banks’ claims is the coordination of the relevant units with the banks to remove the obstacles to the collection of claims, because many factors, outside of They are the authority of the banks, so it seems necessary to align the relevant units.
